Through this Site, Handy Bro and Delivery Services markets and arranges Furniture Assembly Service, Tv Mounting Service, Drywall Repair Service, Door Installation Service, Shelf Installation Service, Toilet Repair, Residential Delivery, Commercial Delivery. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Handy Bro and Delivery Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Handy Bro and Delivery Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.
